HOLYOKE CROSSROADS DEVELOPMENT PARK (HCDP)
A 142-acre development park is located within a quarter mile of the junction of Interstate Route 91 and the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). The construction of the roadway for a six-site light industrial park began in the Spring of 2002. HEDIC AND HOLYOKE GAS & ELECTRIC DEPT. INDUSTRIAL LAND
Six industrial sites ranging in size from two to eighteen acres are available through the Holyoke Economic Development and Industrial Corporation and the City's Municipal Utility. Each site is development ready. For more information, please contact HEDIC (413-322-5655).

The Office of Economic and Industrial Development maintains a detailed inventory of available industrial land and buildings. OEID will help companies find the right development site for their business. A variety of opportunities for small or large development by way of purchase or lease can be found in the City.
RETAIL DEVELOPMENT
A variety of retail shops can be found throughout Holyoke. Development opportunities are possible at each venue. Holyoke Mall at Ingleside is western New England's largest, most exciting retail destination. It offers close to 200 specialty shops, restaurants, and department stores right at the junction of Interstate Route 91 and the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90). A unique shopping experience includes stores such as Filene's, Lord & Taylor, JC Penney, Sears, Target, Best Buy, Old Navy, Yankee Candle, Christmas Tree Shops, H&M, Filene's Basement, and a number of newly expanded stores.
